CLUBHOUSE -Our spacious Clubhouse has a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, 2 Large Flatscreen TVs, 2 Dart Boards, tables, chairs and Restrooms. Dances complete with our own DJ and professional sound system. Different themes range from 70’s-80’s, Glow Party, Red White & Blue, Wild West, Pirate Fest, Oktoberfest and of course, Halloween!
SWIMMING POOL – Our newly resurfaced 20’ x 40’ In-ground Heated Pool is surrounded with lounge chairs and also a Covered Deck area. Enjoy a relaxing day in the sun or shade. You’ll have your choice!
HOT TUB – The 8’ x 10’ In-ground Hot Tub is located in our spacious enclosed room adjacent to the Club House. The newly installed windows allow for a delightful breeze when Open or can be easily Closed in inclement weather. 
SAUNA – The 8’ x 12’ Sauna has adjacent showers located in the Club House. The Sauna is a perfect way to complete a relaxing Spa experience.
SMALL PRIVATE LAKE – Natural spring fed “Ripple Lake” provides our friends with Canoeing, Kayaking, Paddle Boat & Row Boating. A Sand area and Swing-set are available for children. Fishing is always a pleasure. “Catch and release” Please!
SUN AREA – Adjacent to the pool is a centrally located grassy slope with plenty of space to relax on a blanket or a lounge chair. Or if you prefer, you may want to try a game of Corn Hole, Frisbee, Catch-a-Can or a fun Finnish game called Molkky! 
PICNIC AREA– Picnic tables and grills are available in shade or sun.
CAMPING and TENTING SIGHTS– State Licensed, inspected and maintained. Power is available at select locations for Pop-ups and Tents.
CONVENIENT CENTER– The Bath House consists of Indoor and Outdoor Showers, Restrooms, a Coin-operated Washer & Dryer for Laundry and a Sink area for Washing Dishes.
ACCOMMODATIONS– Full RV hook-up sites with 30amp service are available for any size motorhome, camper, or Pop-up. Some 50amp sites are available on a limited basis. Fully stocked Rental Units with all necessities are available for your relaxing stay. In addition, we have rooms available in the BARE LODGE located above the Club House which consists of 1 King Bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms, a shared Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Coffee Area and 2 Shared Bathrooms. Also, available for your relaxing stay is D’s Place! A cozy comfortable retreat in a Park Model RV within the community, complete with all the comforts of home. Non-members staying in any of the accommodations must pay the $55 Daily Rate for Grounds Fee payable directly to Whispering Oaks.
THE BARE LODGE– The Bare Lodge offers a cozy and inviting retreat with 3 bedrooms (1 King bedroom & 2 Queen bedrooms) perfect for a relaxing fun filled getaway! Guests can gather in the shared Living Room with comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere. The Dining Room provides a welcoming space for meals, while the equipped Kitchen has the necessities you need. A dedicated Coffee Area adds a charming touch, making it the perfect spot to start the day with a fresh brew. Whether you’re unwinding with friends or enjoying a peaceful escape, Bare Lodge provides a home-away-from-home experience.
