We Dress or Undress for comfort at Whispering Oaks.  Since we are a Nudist Club, we do expect those who use the Recreational Facilities to do so in the nude when appropriate. NO SWIMSUITS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR IN THE HOT TUB.

Carry a towel with you at all times. *PLEASE SIT ON YOUR TOWEL FOR HYGIENIC REASONS.

 SMOKING &/or VAPING is allowed in the DESIGNATED AREA ONLY.

Designated Area for Smoking &/or Vaping is located by the pond sand pit. Benches & Ashtrays are provided. Please do not extinguish cigarette butts in the sand. Recreational Marijuana is Limited to your Personal Property Only, Not in the Common Areas.

Please take a Soap Shower before entering the Pool. NO GLASS CONTAINERS AT THE POOL OR DECK AREA.  Please be respectful of other guests. No Cell Phone use. No Loud or Profane Language.  Please use your own Headphones when listening to your personal music. No Bathing Suits are allowed in the pool.

 Please do not leave towels & Personal Items on Unoccupied Chairs & Chaises.

WE HAVE NO LIFEGUARDS on Duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.  Members & Guests are responsible for their children’s behavior at all times.

Parents are responsible for their CHILDREN’S CONDUCT and SAFETY AT ALL TIMES.  Children under 12 must have a Parent or an Adult Observer in the Pool Area.  

NO Disposable Diapers allowed in the pool- Must use “Swim Diapers” Only.

 Please take a Soap Shower before entering the Hot Tub. To allow enjoyment for everyone wanting to use the Hot Tub, please be respectful of others that may be waiting.  Children under the age of 12 are Not permitted in the Hot Tub. No Children are permitted in the Sauna.  No Bathing Suits are allowed in the Hot Tub or Sauna.

NO GLASS CONTAINERS IN THE HOT TUB or SAUNA AREA. PLEASE OBSERVE POSTED RULES.

The Clubhouse, Rest Rooms and Showers are for everyone.  Please keep them clean.  Make sure lights are out if you are the last one to leave.

NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE COMMON (CONGREGATED) AREAS. 

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Barking dogs will not be allowed to remain at the club. OWNERS MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS. Please dispose of waste appropriately.  Please walk pets on paths in wooded areas.

Promote a family atmosphere exercising discretion.  Please Drink Responsibly. NO GLASS BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS IN CLUBHOUSE, SPA AREA, SAUNA, POOL AREA OR DECK.

Canoes and Paddle Boats may be used by Adults.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  USE WATERCRAFT AT YOUR OWN RISK.  Life jackets are Required & Available at the Office. 

Fishing is permitted from the shore and watercraft. Please “Catch & Release

Coin operated machines are located at the Side of the Bathhouse.

The Speed Limit is 5 mph throughout the grounds.

11:00 PM to 8:00 AM  No Power Tool use on Sundays.  Respect your fellow members and guests.

 For your exercise & walking enjoyment, there is a trail on the Perimeter of the grounds.  If walking through the Residential areas, Please respect the privacy of our Seasonal Owners and avoid loitering.

 Members who bring guests are Responsible for their Conduct and any Fees or Charges left Unpaid.  ALL GUESTS must be Registered before entering the grounds.

Please Do Not Conduct Business, Sell or Offer to Sell any merchandise or services on the resort grounds without permission of the management.  Any Political signs/flags in support or against any person or political party are strictly prohibited to maintain a harmonious atmosphere. Management reserves the right to suspend, deny or revoke any membership, Day Visit or stay with or without cause. Management is not responsible/liable for loss, theft or damage to Guests, Members or Residents’ vehicles, belongings, homes, campers or any Personal Property.  Management is Not Responsible/Liable for any personal injury (including death).
