Swimming Pool –  Our newly resurfaced 20’x40′ In-ground Heated pool is surrounded with lounge chairs and also a Covered Deck Area.  Enjoy a relaxing day in the sun or shade. You’ll have your choice!

Whirlpool Spa – The 8’x10′ In-ground spa is located in our spacious enclosed Hot Tub Room adjacent to the Club House.  The newly installed windows allow for a delightful breeze when Open or can be easily Closed in inclement weather. Make new friends as you relax in the tub and bubble your cares away!

Sauna – The 8’’x12′ Sauna has adjacent showers located in the Club House. The Sauna is a perfect way to complete a relaxing Spa experience.

Sun Area –Adjacent to the pool is a centrally located grassy slope with plenty of space to relax on a blanket or a lounge chair. Or if you prefer, you may want to try a game of Corn hole, Frisbee, Catch-A-Can or Molkky

Small Private Lake – Natural spring fed Ripple Lake provides our friends with Canoeing, Kayaking, Paddle Boat & Row Boating. A Sand area and Swing-set are available for Kids. Fishing is always a pleasure- “Catch and release” please.

Picnic Area – Picnic tables and grills are available in shade or sun.

Common Fire Pit – Members usually gather after dark around the fire pit to relax at the end of the day.  Some bring marshmallows, hotdogs and even guitars as folks join together to listen the to music and sing along if you like!

Camp Ground – State Licensed, inspected and maintained. Power is available for Pop-ups and Tents.

Accommodations – Full RV hook-up sites with 30amp service are available for any size motor home, camper, or Pop-up. Some 50amp sites are available on a limited basis.  Fully stocked Rental units with all necessities are available for your relaxing stay.  In addition, we have the Bare Lodge, located above the Club House which consists of 1 King Bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms, a shared Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Coffee Area and 2 Shared Bathrooms.  Also, available for your relaxing stay is D’s Place!  A cozy comfortable retreat in a Park Model RV within the community, complete with all the comforts of home. Non-Members staying in any of the accommodations must pay the $55 Daily Rate for Grounds fee payable directly to Whispering Oaks.

Convenient Center – The Bath House consists of Indoor & Outdoor showers, Restrooms, a Coin operated Washer & Dryer for Laundry and sink area for washing dishes.
