Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Deposit:
- 1 Night Rate + Day Fee required for all overnight reservations
Cancellations:
- 0–3 Days: No refund
- 4–7 Days: 50% refund
- 8+ Days: Full refund

Important Notes
- All Daily Non-Members and Full Members must sign and follow the Membership Rules
- There are no additional fees to use the equipment or facilities
- Some activities sponsored by the members may have a small charge to cover expense
- Whispering Oaks is a landed club that is affiliated with the American Association of Nude Recreation (AANR). To become a member of Whispering Oaks, you must be a member of AANR.
To protect the safety and privacy of our guests, Management reserves the right to remove anyone at their discretion.
